| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث: تدور هذه الدراسة حول المنهج في الأقوال لعالم من علماء السلف في الأصول، وهو: صديق حسن خان، وقد تناولت دراسة الأقوال في المسائل الأصولية بأسلوب سهل ومختصر. وكان من أهداف الدراسة: بيان منهج القنوجي رحمه الله في الأقوال من خلال كتابه حصول المأمول من علم الأصول، وخدمة الكتاب ومؤلفه بإبراز ما فيه من مميزات في عرض الأقوال قد تخفى على القارئ والباحث في المسائل الأصولية، والمشاركة في إبراز تراث علماء أهل السنة والجماعة في أصول الفقه من خلال دراسة كتبهم، وبيان مناهجهم في التأليف، وقد سرت في دراستي على منهج علمي قائم على الاستقراء والتحليل. وكان من نتائج البحث: أن المؤلف سار على منهج المتكلمين في الجملة، وحرص على التمسك بمذهب السلف، وأكثر من التصريح باسم القائل، والنقل بتصرف، وقل ما ينقله بالنص، ويظهر أن المؤلف رحمه الله نقل الأقوال والنصوص نقلاً غير مباشر، وقدم رحمه الله الراجح في الغالب، وكانت الغالبية من ترجيحاته موافقته للجمهور، وأكثر عبارة استخدمها في الترجيح قوله "والحق"، وأكثر موضع ذكر المؤلف رحمه الله مذهبه فيه هو القول الأول. ومن أهم التوصيات: العناية بمناهج العلماء ودراستها في جميع المواضع، والنظر في إعادة تحقيق كتاب "حصول المأمول من علم الأصول" حيث ألفيت بعض المواضع التي تحتاج إلى إعادة النظر والتدقيق. Abstract: This study revolves around the methodology in the statements of a scholar from the Salaf (early generations of Muslims) in the field of Usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence), namely: Siddiq Hasan Khan. The study examines his views on foundational issues in a clear and concise manner. The objectives of the study include: clarifying Al-Qanuji’s (may Allah have mercy on him) methodological approach to scholarly opinions through his book Husool Al-Ma’mool min ‘Ilm Al-Usul, highlighting the features of the book and its author that may be overlooked by readers and researchers in the field of Usul, contributing to the preservation and presentation of the scholarly heritage of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah in Usul al-Fiqh by studying their works and identifying their methodologies in writing. My approach in this study was based on scholarly methods of induction and analysis. Among the key findings of the research: the author generally followed the methodology of the theologians (mutakallimun), while striving to adhere to the approach of the Salaf. He often identified the names of scholars when citing opinions and tended to paraphrase rather than quote verbatim. It appears that the author (may Allah have mercy on him) frequently conveyed statements and texts indirectly. He usually presented the preferred opinion, which in most cases aligned with the majority view. The phrase he most often used to indicate his preference was "and the truth is..." The position he most frequently supported was typically the first opinion mentioned. Among the main recommendations: greater attention should be paid to studying the methodologies of scholars across various works, and a re-examination of Husool Al-Ma’mool min ‘Ilm Al-Usul is recommended, as certain parts were found to require further review and scrutiny. | ||||
