| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث: في زمن التقدم التقني أصبح التصوير جزءاً أساسياً في حياة كثير من أطياف المجتمع، لذا من الأهمية بمكان سن الأنظمة والقوانين لتقنين التصوير غير المنضبط، وترشيد المصورين للسلوكيات الصحيحة للتصوير، حماية لخصوصيات الأفراد والجهات، ومحافظة على الأمن القومي، وهذا ما حرصت على حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية في منع التصوير المخالف، من خلال الأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها، إضافة إلى تعدد الجهات الرقابة على التصوير المخالف، والعقوبات التي حددت لذلك. ومن نتائج البحث: حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حفظ الحياة الخاصة للأفراد ومعاقبة من يمس الحياة الشخصية بأي شكل من الأشكال، تعدد الأنظمة والتشريعات بما يتواكب مع معطيات التطور الذي نعيشه في المملكة العربية السعودية، مشاركة أفراد المجتمع السعودي في حفظ الأمن من خلال التوعية بمخاطر التصوير المخالف في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي،4- خطورة التصوير المخالف ونشره دون استشعار الأثر المترتب على ذلك. ومن توصيات البحث: أهمية مواكبة التطور في أشكال أدوات التصوير وسن التشريعات في ذلك، تعزيز الحس الأمني والوطني لدى المجتمع بتكثيف الحملات التوعوية بشأن خطورة التصوير المخالف، زيادة التوعية بحقوق كبار السن وتحذير الأبناء من الوقوع في العقوق بغرض الترفيه وزيادة المتابعين في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي،4- عدم استغلال صور الطلاب أو الأطفال أو المحتاجين. Abstract: In an era of technological advancement, photography has become an essential part of the lives of many members of society. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to enact regulations and laws to regulate uncontrolled photography and guide photographers on proper photography behaviors. This protects the privacy of individuals and entities and maintains national security. This is what the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been keen to prevent infringing photography through the applicable regulations and laws, in addition to the multiple agencies monitoring illegal photography and the penalties prescribed for such violations. Research results: The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to preserving the privacy of individuals and punishing anyone who violates their privacy in any way. The diversity of regulations and legislation in line with the developments we are experiencing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The participation of Saudi society members in maintaining security by raising awareness of the dangers of illegal photography on social media. The danger of illegal photography and its dissemination without realizing the resulting impact Research recommendations: The importance of keeping pace with developments in photography tools and enacting relevant legislation. Strengthening the sense of security and nationalism in society by intensifying awareness campaigns regarding the dangers of illegal photography. Increasing awareness of the rights of the elderly and warning children against disobeying them for the purpose of entertainment and increasing followers on social media. Preventing the exploitation of images of students, children, or the needy. | ||||
