| Abstract | ||||
| In this study, highlights were made, among which are household environments, banknotes, insects and domestic animals .The results of fungi isolated from insects showed the following with the appearance of 14% of the total isolates after the Cladosporium spirospermum fungus, with the appearance of 11%, from the pet environment, namely cat and gecko, Penicillium spp. yeast had the highest incidence of 42% of the group of isolates from the mouth and skin of the cat, after which the dessert yeast was 27%, and from the gecko the highest incidence of the fungus was Cladosporium spp. followed by Rhodotorula glutinis yeast. The study aims to collect samples from environments close to humans: samples were collected from the home environment of the cat, cockroaches, gecko, flies and banknotes after cutting them into five parts and distributing them on a petri dish. The rate of appearance of fungi was the percentage of Aspergillus flavus 25% higher was penicillium spp. by 16.5%, Fusarium spp. by 16.5% and Cryptococcus by 16.5%. The middle of the DAP was modified to the middle of the Bengal rose DAP for the growth of contaminated fungi and a group of fungi was selected for the identification of fungi by polymerase chain reaction, Aspergillus flavus, penicillium spp., Cladosporium spirospermum, Candida membranifacens. The SDA culture medium was mutated using rose pink dye instead of the antifungal agent cyclohexamide and was very effective" against recombinant and contaminated fungi . | ||||
