| هدف البحث تطوير الكفايات التقنية لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للبحث طُبقت على عينة من مديري ومديرات ووكيل ووكيلات ومعلمي ومعلمات بمدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير بلغت(380) عضوًا ؛ وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: موافقة عينة البحث بدرجة (كبيرة) حول تطوير الكفايات التقنية (كفايات الانتاجية والممارسة المهنية، كفايات الدعم والإدارة والعمليات، وكفايات المواطنة الرقمية) لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة البحث حول تطوير الكفايات التقنية (كفايات الانتاجية والممارسة المهنية، كفايات الدعم والإدارة والعمليات، وكفايات المواطنة الرقمية) لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تعزى لمتغيرات (الوظيفة الحالية، والمرحلة التعليمية). وتوصل البحث لعدد من التوصيات، ومنها: تبني المبادرات التي تهتم بتطوير الكفايات التقنية (كفايات الانتاجية والممارسة المهنية، كفايات الدعم والإدارة والعمليات، وكفايات المواطنة الرقمية) لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، إعداد أدلة عمل إجرائية توضح المهام والمسؤوليات وتوزيع الأدوار لجميع منسوبات المدارس لتطوير الكفايات لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بناء منصة ذكية تكون قناة تعليمية آمنة وسلسة بين الإدارة والمعلمات والطالبات لتطوير الكفايات التقنية لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، استخدام الوسائل التقنية الحديثة والقنوات الإعلامية المدارس لتعزيز آليات تطوير الكفايات التقنية (كفايات الانتاجية والممارسة المهنية، كفايات الدعم والإدارة والعمليات، وكفايات المواطنة الرقمية) لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة عسير في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفايات التقنية، تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
