Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for establishing specialized centers for statistical studies and services in Egyptian universities (Arish University as a model), by monitoring and analyzing the reality of the most important international university experiences in establishing specialized centers for statistical studies and services, while proposing many mechanisms that help Egyptian universities in establishing specialized centers for statistical studies and services. The study used the descriptive analytical approach in order to describe the phenomenon and analyze it to derive meaningful implications. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: the effectiveness of using statistical consulting centers in applying statistical transactions, and utilizing statistical consulting centers in teaching was easier and faster in clarifying concepts. To implement the proposed concept, the researcher recommends the following: Providing political and media support and endorsement for the establishment of statistical consulting centers. Developing legislation that helps solve the problems of statistical consulting centers and develop them, including laws, administrative and organizational regulations. Developing a clear strategy and time-bound plans by the Ministry of Higher Education to establish statistical consulting centers. | ||||
