Abstract | ||||
Background: One important motivator that has a big impact on nursing success is breastfeeding self-efficacy.Aim: to assess the impact of online instruction on expectant mothers' confidence in their ability to breastfeed during pandemics. Study Setting: The investigation was carried out at the new main hospital's prenatal clinic. Study subjects: A purposive sample of 212 expectant moms selected in accordance with qualifying standards. Instruments: Using a structured interview schedule, it gathers information on the mothers' demographics and examines the knowledge of expectant mothers regarding the Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale, nursing Self-Efficacy Scale—Short Form, and nursing self-efficacy questionnaire. Findings: The current study's findings indicate that there were highly significant differences between the intervention and control groups for the total knowledge score, which increased from 12.37±5.16 to 19.41±2.20 with p<0.0001. Additionally, there were significant differences between the intervention and control groups for the total feeding infant attitude score before and after the intervention, with the intervention group's total score (Mean ± SD) rising from 52.35±7.83 before to | ||||
