Abstract | ||||
THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES ON FINANCIAL INCLUSION IN EGYPTIAN COMPANIES examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on financial inclusion, focusing on four key dimensions: AI-driven credit scoring, AI-powered customer service, AI-based fraud detection, and AI-driven personalized financial products. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 210 respondents working in various financial and technology sectors. The results indicate that AI technologies play a significant role in enhancing financial accessibility, improving financial service usage, and increasing service quality. Among the AI applications studied, personalized financial products had the strongest impact on financial inclusion, highlighting the importance of tailored AI-driven financial solutions. Additionally, AI-powered fraud detection and customer service contribute to building trust and improving financial security, while AI-based credit scoring enhances loan accessibility, particularly for small businesses. However, the extent to which AI contributes to improving financial inclusion in Egyptian companies remains an area requiring further investigation. This study seeks to address the following research problem: "How does the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies impact financial inclusion in Egyptian companies, and what are the key opportunities and challenges associated with their implementation?" | ||||
