Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Agile Supply Chain Management on Supply Chain Wastes as a case study on Natural Gas Vehicles company as one of the subsidiaries of the Egyptian petroleum sector. Agile Supply Chain Management is the independent variable and Supply Chain wastes is the dependent variable. To achieve the study's objectives, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used, along with a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Data was gathered from a sample of 228 individuals, including 98 top management and 130 managers. SPSS was used for data analysis. The results showed a negative and statistically significant relationship at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between agile supply chain management and supply chain wastes, with a degree of -0.600. Additionally, the results indicated that agile supply chain management has substantial impact of -0.645 on supply chain wastes. The study recommends examining agile supply chain management as a tool to simplify supply chain networks, reducing excess steps or redundant processes, emphasizing its importance as a critical approach to improve company performance due to its impact on supply chain wastes. Additionally, researches should be carried out to gain deeper insights and more accurate conclusions on the topic in different supply chains and diverse cultural and economic environments inside and outside Egypt.
