| Abstract | ||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الاليات القانونية المتخذة على الصعيد اللبناني ، في مكافحة الفساد واسترداد عائداته على حدا سواء، والتشريعات المتضمنة للآليات التنظيمية والتطبيقية لاسترداد العائدات الاجرامية، ولإنفاذ الاحكام القضائية الامرة بذلك . وأيضا بدراسة فعالية قانون حماية كاشفي الفساد ،والضمانات الممنوحة لهم ،و بالتطرق ايضا لآلية المكافآت المالية كآلية للتحفيز عن التبليغ عن الفساد، ومدى فعالية هذه القوانين في الحد من تفشي هذه الظاهرة الموصوفة بالعالمية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الفساد ، مكافحة الفساد ،كاشف الفساد ،هيئة مكافحة الفساد ، الجريمة المنظمة ،الرابطة السببية ،عائدات الفساد ، دائرة استعادة الأموال، صندوق ادارة واستثمار عائدات الفساد Summary: This study aims to examine carefully the legal mechanisms adopted in Lebanon to end up corruption and recover its revenues, both in terms of legislative regulations for organizational and application mechanisms for recovering criminal revenues and the implementation of court orders. The hamble work also investigates deeply the effectiveness of the Whistleblower Protection Act, the guarantees provided to whistleblowers, as well as the financial reward mechanism as an incentive to report corruption. Furthermore, the study analyzes the effectiveness of these laws in reducing the spread of this global evil. | ||
