| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث للتعرف على المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية لطفل التوحد، والتعرف على آثار مشكلات طفل التوحد على الأسرة والمجتمع، والكشف عن دور الأسرة في مواجهة مشكلات طفل التوحد، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, وتم تطبيق الاستبيان على عينة عمدية من أسر طفل التوحد بلغت (143) بمدينة المنصورة، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أبرز المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها الطفل التوحدي، فأطفال التوحد يعجزون عن محاكاة سلوك الآخرين وتقليدهم، كما لا يبدون أي اهتمام في تكوين صداقات مع الآخرين، ووجود صعوبة في تكوين وإقامة علاقات اجتماعية، كما اتضح من النتائج أن أعلى نسبة من الأسر أفادت بأن الطفل "يتصرف وكأن ليس من حوله أحد"، و"صعوبة في فهم وتفسير سلوك ومقاصد الآخرين"، ثم "وجود حاجز بين الطفل والعالم الخارجي"، و"عدم قدرة الطفل على التفاهم مع من حوله"، واتضح من النتائج أن وجود طفل مصاب بالتوحد هي ازدياد الخلافات بين أفراد الأسرة، تليها خلق الطفل لجو من عدم التنظيم الأسري، ومعاناة الطفل في التأثير على شبكة علاقات الأسرة الاجتماعية، ويليها شعور الأخوة بالذنب تجاه أخيهم المعاق، واتضح من النتائج دور الأسرة في مواجهة مشكلة الطفل التوحدي، من خلال "اكتساب الكفاءة الانفعالية والمهارات الاجتماعية للأبناء" و"خفض المشكلات السلوكية والانفعالية" و"إشباع الآباء لحاجات الطفل الانفعالية" و"تطبيق البرامج التربوية والعلاجية للطفل التوحدي". The research aims to identify the social and psychological problems of the autistic child, to identify the effects of the autistic child’s problems on the family, and to reveal the role of the family in confronting the problems of the autistic child. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a deliberate sample of (143) autistic child families in the city of Mansoura. The results of the field study revealed the most prominent social problems that the autistic child suffers from. Autistic children are unable to imitate and copy the behavior of others, and they do not show any interest in forming friendships with others, and there is difficulty in forming and establishing social relationships. The results also revealed that the highest percentage of families reported that the child “behaves as if no one is around him,” and “difficulty in understanding and interpreting the behavior and intentions of others,” then “the presence of a barrier between the child and the outside world,” and “the child’s inability to understand those around him.” The results revealed that the presence of a child with autism increases disagreements between family members, followed by the child creating an atmosphere of family disorganization, and the child’s suffering in influencing the family’s social network of relationships, followed by the brothers’ feeling of guilt towards their disabled brother. The results revealed the family's role in addressing the problem of autistic children, through "acquiring emotional competence and social skills for children," "reducing behavioral and emotional problems," "parents meeting the child's emotional needs," and "implementing educational and therapeutic programs for autistic children."
