Abstract | ||
Background: Patients suffer immunodeficiency they are less able to resist infection due to their weak immune response and are also more susceptible to opportunistic fungal infections, which are infections that do not affect healthy individuals. Methods: samples were collected and cultured, diagnosed morphologically in on the SDA medium. After that Molecular studies were conducted, which included extracting DNA, as well as detecting the region of theITS1, ITS4 belonging to Gene 5.8srRNA As well as conducting a nucleotide sequence analysis for it. Results: Laboratory culture for samples show Rhodotorula, Candida parapsilosis , Candida krusei, Pichia kudriavzevii, Candida tropicalis , Curvularia, Talaromyces marneffei, Alternaria infectoria. Gymnascella dankaliensis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Conclusion: molecular analyses recording a number of isolates, including Rhodotorula as the first Iraqi isolation under the reference sequencepp739165.1strainRAY1983 At the National Centre for Information Technology NCBI, Pichia kudriavzevii that Recorded under the reference sequence reference PP739166strainRAY1983in NCBI in the addition, Curvularia nodosa new globally and locally, so it was registered under the serial number PP739167.1strain RAY1983 in NCBI, Talaromyces is new on the global and local levels, so it was recorded in NCBI under the reference numberPP748539.1. | ||
