| ملخص الدراسة تهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية توظيف الموسسات الحكومية للعلاقات العامة الالكترونية في دعم رؤية مصر كشفت النتائج أن الصفحات الثلاث ( وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية ، وزارة البيئة ، وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي ) نشرت 825 مادة، وجاءت الموضوعات البيئية في المركز الاول . كما غلب على المحتوى استخدام اللغة العربية الفصحى، واعتمدت المنشورات على الأرقام والصور.أظهرت الدراسة أن وزارة التضامن كانت الأكثر التزامًا بمبادئ الاتصال الحواري، تليها البيئة، ثم التخطيط. وتمثل التفاعل الأكبر من الجمهور في الإعجاب والتعليقات الإيجابية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقات العامة الإلكترونية تسهم بشكل فعال في نشر الوعي برؤية مصر 2030 وتعزيز التواصل بين المؤسسات الحكومية والجمهور. Abstract: The study aimed to explore how governmental institutions employ electronic public relations to support Egypt's Vision 2030. The findings revealed that the three official pages (Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Ministry of Environment, and Ministry of Social Solidarity) published a total of 825 posts, with environmental topics ranking first. The content was predominantly in Modern Standard Arabic and relied heavily on statistics and images. The study showed that the Ministry of Social Solidarity was the most committed to dialogic communication principles, followed by the Ministry of Environment and then the Ministry of Planning. Public interaction was mainly represented by likes and positive comments. The study concluded that electronic public relations play an effective role in raising awareness of Egypt's Vision 2030 and enhancing communication between governmental institutions and the public. | ||
