Abstract | ||
This study investigates the role of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) in enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational sustainability. The study explores how Sustainable HRM practices, which integrate environmental, social, and economic considerations, can drive CSR initiatives and contribute to the long-term sustainability of organizations. By conducting a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, the research identifies key Sustainable HRM practices—such as green recruitment, sustainable employee development, and eco-friendly workplace policies—that support implementing CSR strategies. It conducted an analytical and descriptive study of sustainability reports in 2024 from major companies in various countries worldwide, including the United States, Japan, France, Korea, and others. The study examined how Human Resource Management (HRM) can achieve sustainability within organizations and its ability to support corporate social responsibility. The Expected findings indicate that Sustainable HRM not only fosters a culture of social responsibility but also enhances employee commitment and organizational resilience. The study concludes that organizations embracing Sustainable HRM are better positioned to achieve sustainable development goals and create a positive impact on society and the environment. These insights are valuable for HR practitioners and corporate leaders aiming to align HRM with sustainability objectives. | ||
