| Abstract | ||
| فهذا بحثٌ في المعالم المنهجية الفقهية للإمام الشافعي في كتابه )الأم(، ويعتمد على استقراء نصوص الإمام في كتابه (الأم( في الجزئية المحددة، وتحليلها، واستخراج تلك المعالم مع وصفها وإيضاحها وإيراد الشواهد عليها. ويهدف إلى بيان منهج الإمام الشافعي الفقهي، والاستفادة من منهجه في استنباط الأحكام. ومن أهم نتائجه: تجلية وإظهار معالم منهج البحث الفقهي لدى أحد أكبر أعلام الفقه الإسلامي، وهو الإمام الشافعي. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة العناية وطباعة الدراسات المتعلقة بالمذاهب الفقهية، خاصة في مجال المناهج البحثية الفقهية. الكلمات المفتاحية: (معالم، منهج، الشافعي، الأم). This paper explores the methodological jurisprudential landmarks of Imam al-Shafi‘i in his book Al-Umm. It relies on an inductive reading of the Imam’s texts in Al-Umm within the specified section, analyzing and extracting those landmarks, describing and clarifying them, and providing supporting evidence. The study aims to highlight Imam al-Shafi‘i’s jurisprudential method and benefit from his approach in deriving rulings. Among its key findings: shedding light on and revealing the landmarks of the jurisprudential research methodology of one of the greatest figures in Islamic jurisprudence, Imam al-Shafi‘i. Among the most important recommendations: the necessity of paying due attention to and publishing studies related to the schools of jurisprudence, especially in the field of jurisprudential research methodologies.
