| Abstract | ||
| كورونا! هذه الجائحة الكارثية التي شكلت أزمة عالمية غير عادية؛ عطلت مسارات الحياة سياسياً واقتصادياً وتعليمياً, بل حتى دينياً, وغيرها من المسارات؛ الأمر الذي اعتُبِر تحديات يلزم معها صنع طبيعة جديدة تتوافق وأنماط الحياة التي سيتحرك عبرها الأفراد, والمجتمعات؛ بل والدول لتشكل ضد التحديات مواجهةَ جبارة على مستوى الحدث تسير بالحياة إلى آفاق مستقبلية ناجحة: علمية وعملية؛ لا تقف لها الأزمات والكوارث حجر عثرة توقفها عن استمرار التقدم, وربما أنجزت مواجهة التحديات تحدياً يصنع وضعاً أجمل؛ بحيث يعرقل انتشار الأوبئة والأزمات والكوارث - إن أمكن -. وهذه الورقة تعتبر دراسة بحثية نظرية استقرائية؛ بعنوان: (علوم القرآن والفقه في تحديد اتجاهات المستقبل بعد كورونا) لتوضح مدى القدرة على استيعاب تحديات كورونا في المجال الديني, ومواجهة هذه التحديات؛ استناداً إلى علوم القرآن والفقه لرسم آفاق مستقبلية ناجحة؛ ولتحقيق هذه الغاية جاء هذا البحث بمقدمة, وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة, وفهارس وذلك على النحو التالي: المقدمة وتشمل: أهمية البحث, أهداف البحث, ومنهج البحث, ومشكلة البحث, وخطة البحث، المبحث الأول ويشمل: تعريف علوم القرآن، وتعريف المستقبل في اللغة والاصطلاح, وتعريف فيروس كورونا, وكذلك تعريف كوفيد – 19، المبحث الثاني: جاء بعنوان: التدابير الوقائية لعلوم القرآن والفقه في التعامل مع الأوبئة والجوائح، ويتناول هذا المبحث الحديث عن الطهارة والنظافة، والقواعد الفقهية، في دفع المفاسد، والحجر الصحي، والمبحث الثالث: جاء بعنوان علوم القرآن والفقه في رسم الآفاق المستقبلية لما بعد كورونا, ويتناول هذا المبحث: الحديث عن التخطيط السليم، والأمل وترك اليأس, و الاستفادة من أصول الفقه وقواعد التشريع في أخذ البشرية إلى آفاق مستقبلية واسعة، ثم الخاتمة: وتتناول أهم النتائج وهي: أن الشريعة الإسلامية لها السبق في التعامل مع الأوبئة والجوائح. أن علوم القرآن والفقه يعطيان الحلول المناسبة لتجاوز الأوبئة والكوارث, وإزالة ما خلفاه من نتائج سلبية كارثية. التصدي بقوة للنتائج السلبية التي خلفها فيروس كورونا على العالم وعدم الوقوف أمامها بعجز. Corona, this disastrous pandemic that formed an unfair global crisis, disrupted that paths of life politically , economically, educationally , and even religiously and other paths. Which is a challenge with which it is necessary to create a new nature that is compatible with the lifestyles through which individuals, societies and even countries will move through to form against the challenges a mighty confrontation at the of level the event that leads life to successful future horizons, scientific and practical, for which crises and disasters do not stand as a stumbling block that stops them from continuing progress. A challenge that creates a more beautiful situation that hinders the spread of epidemics crises and disasters, if possible. This paper is considered an inductive theoretical research study entitled (Quranic Sciences and Jurisprudence in Determining Future Directions after Corona ) To show the ability to absorb the challenges of Corona in the religious field and confront these challenges based on the Quranic Sciences and Jurisprudence to draw successful future prospects. To achieve this goal, this research came with an introduction, three topics, a conclusion, and indexes, as follows: The introduction includes: the importance of research, research objectives, research methodology, research problem, and research plan. The first topic includes: defining the sciences of the Quran and defining the Future in language and terminology, defining a virus, as well as defining covid-. The second topic came under the title : preventive measures for the sciences of the Quran and Jurisprudence in dealing with epidemics and pandemics. The third topic came under the title: the sciences of Quran and Jurisprudence in drawing the Future horizons for the post – corona virus. This topic deals with talking about sound planning , hope , abandoning , despair , and benefitting from the principles of Jurisprudence and the rules of legislation in taking humanity to broad future horizons , then the conclusion deals with the most important results , which are; Islamic law takes precedence in dealing with epidemics and pandemics. The sciences of the Quran and Jurisprudence give appropriate solutions to overcome epidemics and disasters and remove the negative and disastrous results they left behind. Strongly addressing the negative consequences left by the Corona virus on the world and not standing in front of it helplessly. | ||
