The random selection resulted in the villages of (Kafor Belshay, Banofer), on a sample of 330 respondents. The most important results were as follows: About 90% of the respondents had low or medium food insecurity indicators for their families. The results indicated that the variables included in the study combined were related to the degree of food insecurity indicators at the level of the respondents’ families with a correlation coefficient of 0.615, which is a value that proved significant at the probability level of 0.01 based on the calculated F value, which amounted to 17.571. The results also indicate that the independent variables combined explain 37.8% of the variance in the dependent variable based on the value of the coefficient of determination (R2), and that the most important obstacles that The challenges facing the researchers in achieving food security are: lack of job opportunities (unemployment), high food prices, insufficient income for the agricultural family, mismatch between the number of family members and their agricultural productivity, and instability of agricultural markets.
