| Abstract | ||
| يمر العالم الذي نعيش فيه اليوم بثورة رقمية هائلة أحدثت تغييراً جذرياً في كل شيء، الأمر الذي فرض على جميع اقتصاديات العالم ضروره مواكبة تلك التغيرات وما تحمله ومن تحديات جديدة في مقتبل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والتي بدأت في مطلع هذا القرن منبثقة عن الثورة الصناعية الثالثة، والتي ظهرت في ستينيات القرن الماضي وأُطلق عليها ثورة الحاسب الآلي أو الثورة الرقمية نظراً لأنها كانت مدفوعه بالتطور في كل من أشباه المواصلات وحوسبت الحاسبات المركزية والحاسب الشخصي، وعليه تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول الإجابة على تساؤلاً هاماً وهو ما تأثير التكنولوجيا الرقمية على فرص عمل الشباب في السوق الحر.
