| المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير استخدام ممارسات العمليات اللوجستية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في قطاع تموين السفن في مصر في ظل وجود مرونة سلسلة التوريد كمتغير وسيط، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بالمستويات الإدارية المختلفة في الشركات اللوجستية المصرية في قطاع تموين السفن بالموانئ (السويس – بورسعيد – الإسكندرية)، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تم الاعتماد في تحديدها على أسلوب العينات وتتمثل عينة الدراسة في (400) مستجيبًا من مديرين وموظفين والمتعاملين مع شركات قطاع تموين السفن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والأسلوب التطبيقي لجمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفروض من خلال استبانة استخدمت أداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات في مجال متغيرات الدراسة والتي تكونت من (45) فقرة، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: وجود تأثير دال إحصائيًّا للعمليات اللوجستية على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في شركات قطاع تموين السفن عند توسيط مرونة سلسلة التوريد، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالخدمات اللوجستية لجعلها تقوم بواجباتها بالكفاءة والجودة المطلوبة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركات Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact of using logistics operations practices in enhancing competitive advantage in the ship-bunkering sector in considering supply chain flexibility as an intermediate variable, The study population may have been employees at different administrative levels in Egyptian logistics companies in the ship-bunkering sector at ports (Suez - Port Said - Alexandria), while the study sample was determined based on the sampling method, the study sample consists of (400) respondents from managers, employees and those dealing with ship-bunkering sector companies, To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the applied method was used to collect data, analyze it, and test hypotheses through a questionnaire that was used as a main tool to collect information in the field of study variables, which consisted of (45) paragraphs, the study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant impact of logistics operations on enhancing the competitive advantage in ship-bunkering sector companies when mediating supply chain flexibility, The study recommended the need to pay attention to logistics services to enable them to perform their duties with efficiency and quality required to achieve competitive advantage in companies. | ||
