Abstract | ||
The aim of the research is to reveal “The Effectiveness of an interactive media program based on the theory of brain-based learning and its effectiveness in developing reading comprehension among primary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”. The research used the experimental design based on one group with measurement (before - after), and the research group consisted of (35) female students from the sixth grade at the eighth school after the two hundred primary school for girls in Riyadh. A multimedia program based on brain-based learning, reading comprehension test) for sixth grade students, and the measurement tool was applied before and after on the research group, then statistically processing the data. The results showed the effectiveness suggested program in developing the reading comprehension skills of the students. The results concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average scores of the students of the research group in the two applications, pre and post, to test reading comprehension skills as a whole, and each skill separately in favor of the post application.. The research recommended teaching an interactive multimedia program based on brain-based learning for primary school students because of its great effectiveness in developing various skills in the Arabic language. | ||
