| Abstract | ||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر القاعدة الفقهية الكبرى "اليقين لا يزول بالشك" في ترسيخ الأمن الفكري، من خلال دراسة أصولها النظرية وتطبيقاتها العملية في مواجهة التحديات الفكرية المعاصرة. وقد تناول البحث التعريف الدقيق لمفهومي اليقين والشك لغة واصطلاحًا، وبيّن الأساس الشرعي للقاعدة من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع والمعقول، مؤكّدًا أن الشرع الحنيف بنى أحكامه على الثابت المتيقَّن، ولم يلتفت إلى الظنون العارضة والشكوك الطارئة. ثم عُرضت تطبيقات القاعدة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري، حيث تم توظيفها في الرد على الشبهات الفكرية والإشاعات المغرضة، وفي ضبط التعامل مع النظريات الوافدة والأفكار الملتبسة، وفي تحصين الشباب من دعاوى التشكيك والانحراف. وأظهر البحث أن هذه القاعدة الفقهية ليست مقتصرة على مسائل الطهارة والعبادات، بل هي منهج رباني شامل يمكن أن يُستثمر في بناء الحصانة الفكرية للمجتمع وحماية ثوابته العقدية والقيمية. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن قاعدة "اليقين لا يزول بالشك" تمثل أصلًا شرعيًا جامعًا يُرسّخ الاستقرار النفسي والطمأنينة الفكرية، ويحفظ للمسلم هويته في مواجهة موجات التضليل والشبهات. كما أبرز ضرورة تفعيلها تربويًا وإعلاميًا وقانونيًا لحماية وعي الشباب، وتعزيز الثقة بالثوابت الشرعية، وصيانة الأمن الفكري للأمة. This research aims to highlight the impact of the major Islamic legal maxim "Certainty is not overruled by doubt" in strengthening intellectual security, by studying its theoretical foundations and practical applications in addressing contemporary ideological challenges. The study defines the concepts of certainty and doubt both linguistically and technically, and clarifies the Sharia basis of the maxim through the Qur’an, Sunnah, scholarly consensus, and rational evidence, affirming that Islamic rulings are built upon established certainties and do not give weight to fleeting doubts or incidental suspicions. The research then explores the applications of this maxim in promoting intellectual security, showing how it is used to refute ideological misconceptions and malicious rumors, regulate engagement with foreign theories and ambiguous ideas, and protect youth from campaigns of skepticism and deviance. The study demonstrates that this legal maxim is not limited to issues of purity and worship, but is a comprehensive divine method that can be utilized in building the intellectual immunity of society and protecting its doctrinal and moral foundations. The study concludes that the maxim "Certainty is not overruled by doubt" represents a fundamental Sharia principle that fosters psychological stability and intellectual reassurance, preserving the Muslim’s identity in the face of waves of misinformation and doubts. It also stresses the necessity of activating this maxim in educational, media, and legal frameworks to protect youth awareness, reinforce confidence in religious constants, and safeguard the intellectual security of the Muslim Ummah | ||
