| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث للتعرف على الأبعاد الاجتماعية لجريمة التحرش والعنف ضد المرأة، والآثار الاجتماعية المصاحبة للتحرش والعنف ضد المرأة، ودور مؤسسات المجتمع في مواجهة التحرش والعنف ضد المرأة ولتحقيق الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, والاستبيان طبقت على عينة بلغت (385) مبحوث في مدينة المنصورة، واتضح من النتائج العوامل الاجتماعية لانتشار التحرش والعنف ضد المرأة، منها: النظرة الدونية للمرأة في المجتمع، تليها العادات والتقاليد السائدة، والثقافة الذكورية المسيطرة، وضعف التربية الأسرية، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن رؤية المجتمع لجريمة التحرش والعنف ضد المرأة، حيث تم الاستنكار الشديد والرفض القاطع لهذه الجرائم، وعبر الغالبية عن رغبتهم في تشديد العقوبات، وعلى أهمية التوعية والتثقيف. The research aims to identify the social dimensions of the crime of harassment and violence against women, the social effects accompanying harassment and violence against women, and the role of community institutions in confronting harassment and violence against women. To achieve the objectives, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (385) respondents in the city of Mansoura. The results revealed the social factors for the spread of harassment and violence against women, including: the inferior view of women in society, followed by prevailing customs and traditions, the dominant male culture, and weak family education. The results of the field study revealed the community’s view of the crime of harassment and violence against women, as these crimes were strongly condemned and categorically rejected. The majority expressed their desire to tighten penalties and the importance of awareness and education. | ||
