| تعرض الباحثة في هذا البحث لأحد علماء عصره الجادين، العاملين، وهو العالم الفقيه والأزهري، صاحب النظرة الوسطية التي لا إفراط فيها ولا تفريط والداعية الذي يدرك متى يشدد، ومتى يرخص، عالم بمقاصد الشريعة العليا، واقف على حدود الله، إنه العالم الذي يجمع ولا يفرق، لكنه لا يقبل انحرافًا عن شريعة الله، ولا تجاوزًا لحدوده. يقف للعلمانيين بالمرصاد، ويعلن براءة الإسلام بشموليته ورحابة أفقه من أفكارهم وفي المقابل يظهر وجه الإسلام الجميل بعيدًا عن In this study, the researcher presents one of the most serious and hardworking scholars of his time, a jurist and Al-Azhar scholar who held a moderate outlook, neither excessive nor lax. He was a preacher who knew when to be strict and when to be lenient. He was knowledgeable in the higher objectives of Islamic law and adhered to the limits set by God. He was a scholar who unites rather than divides, yet he did not accept any deviation from God's law or transgression of its boundaries. He stood guard against secularists and declared that Islam, with its comprehensiveness and broad horizons, was innocent of their ideas. In return, he presented the beautiful face of Islam, free from the fanaticism of a group that had unjustly appointed itself its spokesperson.
