| يستكشف الاستعراض الموضوعي للدراسة الحالية التحديات التي يواجهها طلاب الجامعات العراقيون الذين يدرسون اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في كتابة نصوص متماسكة، مع التركيز على حوالي 32 دراسة منشورة تتراوح بين 1983 و2024. يكشف الاستعراض الحالي أن 69٪ من الأوراق ربطت تحديات التماسك بتداخل اللغة الأولى بينما ربطها البعض الآخر بالمفردات المحدودة وخاصة في استخدام التحولات بشكل صحيح. تشمل المشاكل الأخرى ضعف بنية النص والتي بلغت حوالي 56٪، وقلة تركيز التدريس على التماسك بنسبة 59٪. أظهرت المقارنة الإقليمية تأثيرًا قويًا لتداخل اللغة الأولى بنسبة 69٪ مقارنة بالسعودية بنسبة 42٪. أوصت الدراسة بأن تمارين البلاغة المتباينة وتقنيات الخطوط العريضة المنظمة يمكن أن تحسن التماسك. وأكدت نتائج الدراسة على الحاجة إلى استخدام مناهج التدريس التي تعالج الاختلافات بين أساليب الكتابة العربية والإنجليزية. The thematic review of current study explores challenges faced by Iraqi EFL university students in writing coherent texts, focusing on about 32 published studies ranging between 1983-2024. The current review reveals that 69% of papers linked coherence challenges to first language interference while, others to the limited vocabulary especially in using transitions correctly. Other problems include poor text structure which about 56% , little teaching focus on coherence 59%. Regional comparison showed strong influence of first language interference 69% comparing to Saudi 42%. The study recommended that contrastive rhetoric exercises and structured outlines techniques could improve coherence . The findings of the study emphasized the need for using teaching approaches that tackle differences between Arabic and English writing styles. | ||
