| الملخص: تتناول الدراسة موقف ودور الولايات المتحدة الامريكية من التخطيط ودفع النظام في العراق لاجتياح الكويت غام 1990م،فقد لعبت دوراً كبيراً في تأجيج الخلافات بين البلدين العربيين،لخدمة المصالح الأمريكية لإحتلال منابع النفط في الخليج العربي،وهذا ماحدث عندما غزا صدام حسين دولة الكويت،وأحتلها،مماعرض العراق ومنطقة الخليج العربي لخطر القوى الكبرى ،وبالأخص الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية،التي من خلال سيطرتها على منظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن الدولير،وفرض القرارات والعقوبات الدولية ضد العراق،وقيادة تحالف دولي لطرد القوات العراقية من الكويت. Abstract The study deals with the position and role of the United States of America in planning and pushing the Iraqi regime to invade Kuwait in 1990. It played a major role in fueling the disputes between the two Arab countries, to serve American interests to occupy the oil resources in the Arabian Gulf. This is what happened when Saddam Hussein invaded and occupied the State of Kuwait, which exposed Iraq and the Arabian Gulf region to the danger of the major powers, especially the United States of America, which, through its control over the United Nations and the Security Council, imposed international resolutions and sanctions against Iraq, and led an international coalition to expel Iraqi forces from Kuwait. | ||
