| هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن دور المدرسة في تحسين نتائج طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة في الاختبارات الوطنية للرياضيات (نافس) – من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين والمشرفين التربويين، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي مع الاعتماد على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت على عينة بلغت (306) من مدراء المدارس والمشرفين التربويين موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ المؤهل/ سنوات الخبرة) وأشارت النتائج إلى ما يلي: أن تصورات خبراء التعليم عن دور كل من (الإدارة المدرسية و المعلم) في تحسين نتائج الطلاب في الاختبارات الوطنية للرياضيات (نافس) جاءت مرتفعة، وأن تصورات خبراء التعليم عن دور المشرف في تحسين نتائج الطلاب في الاختبارات الوطنية للرياضيات (نافس) جاءت متوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج لعدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد عينة تعزى لمتغير النوع (ذكور/ إناث)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجاباتهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل لصالح ذوي المؤهل التربوي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجاباتهم تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح عشر سنوات فأكثر. This study aimed to investigate the role of the school in improving the performance of middle school students in the National Mathematics Assessment (NAFS), as perceived by school principals, teachers, and educational supervisors. The study adopted a descriptive research design and utilized a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The sample consisted of 306 participants, including school principals and educational supervisors, selected based on variables such as gender, educational qualifications, and years of experience. The findings revealed that educational experts held a high perception of the role of school administration in enhancing students’ performance in the NAFS mathematics assessment. Similarly, their perceptions of the teacher's role were also high. However, the perceived role of the educational supervisor was moderate. Furthermore, the results indicated no significant differences in responses based on gender, while statistically significant differences were found based on educational qualification in favor of those with educational degrees. Additionally, significant differences were found related to years of experience, in favor of those with ten or more years. | ||
