| Abstract | ||
| يعد علم العلل من أهم علوم النقد لاختصاصها بما دق زخفي من الوهم الواقع على الحديث، وقد عني النقاد به وبذلوا فيه جهدا كبيرا، واتبعوا منهجاً أصيلا دقيقا، ولأهمية الدراسة التطبيقية، جاءت هذه الدراسة، تهدف إلى الكشف عن قيمة منهج التعليل عند النقاد، وذلك من خلال دراسة حديثية نقدية تتناول مسألة المسح على الخفين وتحديد أحمية الممارسة النقدية، و أن العلة في المسألة إبدال راو براو، من وجود الترجيح ترجيح رواية الأكثر أو الاصح، و أن النقاد يشتركون في المسألة بقدر معيت ويختلفون في جهة أخرى من المسألة، تناول البحث موضوع الزيادة في متون الأحاديث وقوانينه من حيث قبول الزيادة في متون الأحاديث من عدمها، أظهر البحث أن قبول جمهور أئمة النقد للزيادات في متون الأحاديث، يقوم ً خالف غيره على القرائن، فال تقبل إذا زادها من ليس بحافظ، أو كان حافظا من الحفاظ، وبيّن البحث شروط الإمام مسلم رحمه الله النظرية في قبول زيادة الثقة في متون الحديث ووجود بعض الإشكالات التي وقعت في "صحيحه". The science of causes is one of the most important sciences of criticism, as it specializes in the subtle and hidden illusions that occur in the hadith. Critics have been concerned with it and have made great efforts in it, and have followed an authentic and precise method. Due to the importance of the applied study, this study came with the aim of revealing the value of the method of cause among critics, through a critical hadith study that addresses the issue of Wiping over the socks and determining the limits of critical practice, and that the reason in the issue is replacing one narrator with another, from the presence of preference, preference of the narration of the majority or the most correct, and that the critics share in the issue to a certain extent and differ in another aspect of the issue, the research dealt with the subject of the increase in the texts of the hadiths and its laws in terms of accepting the increase in the texts of the hadiths The research demonstrated that the acceptance of additions to hadith texts by the majority of scholars of hadith criticism is based on circumstantial evidence, and is not acceptable if they are added by someone who is not a memorizer, or if they are one of the memorizers. The research also clarified Imam Muslim's (may God have mercy on him) theoretical conditions for accepting additions to hadith texts by a reliable source, and the existence of some problems that occurred in his Sahih. | ||
