Abstract | ||
This paper investigates the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) on employee satisfaction and engagement within Egypt’s the real property and construction sector. As a vibrant economic sector engaging approximately 6.4 million individuals across thousands of corporations, making it essential to understand the elements that improve people’s satisfaction and engagement is (American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, 2023; Statista, 2023; Trading Economics, 2024). Targeting a sample of 384 employees chosen depending on KMT criteria from this significant group, the study followed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational strategy. Using correlation and regression methods, data analysis found notable positive effects on employee satisfaction and engagement of both PEOU and PU of HRIS. Specifically, the findings indicate that an efficient and user-friendly HRIS significantly enhances workforce satisfaction and engagement. These findings highlight the need of maximizing HRIS user-friendliness and utility to improve employee outcomes - engagements and satisfaction- , therefore providing practical consequences for Egyptian’s real estate and construction companies to increase worker performance and organizational success. | ||
