Abstract | ||
This research aims to investigate the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity on the protection of vital systems within e-Government services. The study focuses on three main dimensions of AI: Defensive AI, Offensive AI, and Adversarial AI, and their influence on cybersecurity resilience. Similarly, the protection of vital systems encompasses aspects such as risk prevention, operational efficiency, and citizen trust.The researchers employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, which is widely used in social sciences. Surveys and expert interviews were conducted to gather data on the research variables, and the collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to achieve the research objectives and test the validity of the hypotheses.The study concluded that both Defensive AI and Offensive AI have a positive and statistically significant effect on the protection of vital systems in e-Government services, while Adversarial AI and Attack Motivation do not show significant impacts. | ||
