| Abstract | ||
| يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو إيجاد علاقة ارتباطية بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأثره على التنمية المستدامة في قطاع الانشاءات، حتى يتم الاستفادة من التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومدى تفعيله في تطوير التنمية المستدامة لتطبيقها على نطاق أوسع في ظل الظروف والمتغيرات التكنولوجية والتقنيات البيئية المستخدمة في قطاع الانشاءات. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغ حجم المجتمع( 180000 فرد)، وكان حجم العينة (٣٨٤) فرد من العاملين في قطاع الانشاءات، وتم عمل تحليل إحصائى لعدد 320 استمارة استقصاء صالحة للتحليل الاحصائى. أظهرت النتائج عدة جوانب هامة، من بينها انه يوجد تأثير معنوى ايجابى للتخطيط الاستراتيجي على التنمية المستدامة وحصول عناصر مثل الرؤية، الرسالة، الأهداف ، تحديد البدائل الاستراتيجية ، وتحديد الاختيار الاستراتيجي على درجة معنوية مرتفعه ، بينما لا يؤثر تحليل البيئة الخارجية والداخلية بشكل معنوى على التنمية المستدامة. وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات، تعزيز وضوح الرؤية والرسالة في الشركات ، تحسين آليات تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية، صياغة اهداف استراتيجية مرنه ، تطوير نظام اختيار البدائل الاستراتيجية، تعزيز بعد الاستدامة الاجتماعية داخل بيئة العمل، تحسين الأداء الاقتصادى المستدام، رفع مستوى الالتزام البيئي ، تكوين لجنة دائمة للاستدامة. The primary objective of this study is to explore the correlation between strategic planning and its impact on sustainable development within the construction sector. The aim is to leverage strategic planning and assess its effectiveness in advancing sustainable development, with the intention of applying these insights on a broader scale in light of the evolving technological environment and the growing adoption of environmental practices in the construction industry. The study adopted a descriptive analytical methodology. The total population size was approximately 180,000 individuals, and the sample comprised 384 respondents working in the construction sector. A statistical analysis was conducted on 320 valid questionnaires deemed suitable for analytical purposes. The findings revealed several key insights, notably a significant positive impact of strategic planning on sustainable development. Elements such as vision, mission, objectives, strategic alternatives, and strategic choice formulation all demonstrated a high level of statistical significance. However, internal and external environmental analysis did not show a statistically significant impact on sustainable development. Based on these results, the study presented a number of recommendations. These include enhancing the clarity of organizational vision and mission, improving the mechanisms for analyzing both internal and external environments, and formulating flexible strategic objectives. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of developing a robust system for selecting strategic alternatives, promoting social sustainability within the workplace, improving sustainable economic performance, raising the level of environmental commitment, and establishing a permanent sustainability committee within organizations | ||
