| تطوير الأداء الإدارى لقيادات مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية في ضوء مدخل التميز الإدارى هدف البحث إلى رصد واقع الأداء الإدارى لقيادات مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية وأهم معوقات ومتطلبات تطويره، واستخدم البحث الحالى المنهج الوصفى ، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة فى الإستبانة وتم تطبيقها على عينة من القيادات الإدارية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية وبلغ عددها ( 115) قياديا، وتوصلت البحث إلى وجود أداء إدارى إيجابى إجمالًا فى مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الغربية ،إلا أنه يعانى من معوقات إدارية وهيكلية وسلوكية تتطلب معالجات متعددة. كما أن تقديرات المشاركين تأثرت جزئيًا بمتغيرات الوظيفة والخبرة والمؤهل، ما يشير إلى أهمية التنوع فى المدخلات عند تطوير الأداء الإدارى المستقبلى. Developing the administrative performance of the leaders of the Directorate of Education in Gharbia Governorate in the light of the entrance to administrative excellence The study aimed to monitor the reality of administrative performance among leaders of the Education Directorate in Gharbia Governorate and the most important obstacles and requirements for its development . The current research used a descriptive approach. The study tool was a questionnaire, which was administered to a sample of (115) administrative leaders in the Education Directorate in Gharbia Governorate. The study concluded that there is overall positive administrative performance in the Education Directorate in Gharbia Governorate, but it suffers from administrative, structural, and behavioral obstacles that require multiple solutions. Participants' assessments were also partially influenced by variables of job title, experience, and qualifications, indicating the importance of diversifying inputs when developing future administrative performance. | ||
