| Abstract | ||
| هذا البحث دراسة للمسائل الفقهية الإفتراضية في كتب المذهب الشافعي في قسم العبادات ما وقع منها في العصر الحاضر قمت بكتابة نص المسألة من كتب المذهب والإشارة إلى ما إذا كان قد انفرد بها المذهب أم أنها مذكورة في المذاهب الآخرى ، ثم قمت بدراسة المسألة وبيان الراجح منها مع بيان صورتها المعاصرة . This research is a study of hypothetical jurisprudential issues in the books of the Shafi’i school of thought in the section on worship, including those that have occurred in the present era. I wrote the text of the issue from the books of the school of thought and indicated whether the school of thought was unique to it or whether it was mentioned in other schools of thought. Then I studied the issue and explained the most correct of them, along with explaining its contemporary form. | ||
