| Abstract | ||
| This study aimed to identify the relationship between environmental social responsibility and organizational behavior. The primary objective of the study was achieved by examining the relationship between environmental sustainability strategies, community support, employee rights, work ethics, job engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach to achieve its objectives, as defined by the researcher. A survey was distributed to a random sample of 378 employees of civil society organizations in Greater Cairo governorates. All survey questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis of the responses. The overall results of the study demonstrated the validity, reliability, and effectiveness of the proposed study model. Among the most important findings is that there is a statistically significant impact of each of the following: environmental sustainability strategy, community support, worker rights, and work ethics on the organizational behavior of employees of civil society organizations in the Greater Cairo governorates. The researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: incorporating the concepts of sustainable development and environmental sustainability issues into the vision, mission, and objectives of civil society organizations; making the vision, mission, and strategic objectives available to community stakeholders through official electronic platforms; holding community events that address issues related to community affairs; and empowering individuals to practice communication skills regarding environmental sustainability issues. | ||
