| Abstract | ||
| تعد المرأة عنصرًا أساسيًا في بناء المجتمعات وتعزيز قوة الدول، حيث يتشكل دورها الاجتماعي من خلال تفاعل معقد بين العوامل الثقافية، الاقتصادية، والسياسية في دولة قطر، التي شهدت تحولات تنموية سريعة، برزت المرأة كشريك فاعل في تحقيق رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، التي تهدف إلى بناء اقتصاد مستدام ومجتمع متماسك، إن الدور الاجتماعي للمرأة، الذي يشمل مشاركتها في التعليم، العمل، والقيادة، يؤثر بشكل مباشر على جودة صناعة القرار، مما ينعكس على قوة الدولة اقتصاديًا وسياسيًا واجتماعيًا، فعلى سبيل المثال، ارتفاع معدلات تعليم المرأة القطرية ومشاركتها في القوى العاملة ساهم في تعزيز الاستقرار الاجتماعي والنمو الاقتصادي، بينما لا تزال التحديات مثل الفجوات الجندرية في الأجور ونظام الوصاية الذكورية تُشكل عوائق تحتاج إلى دراسة متأنية. تعتبر النخبة الأكاديمية أحد أهم الفواعل المؤثرة في عملية صنع وتوجيه السياسات الداخلية والخارجية للدولة، وتصنف باعتبارها أحد أنواع النخب المجتمعية بشكل عام، وتمثل جزءاً لا يتجزأ من النخبة العلمية والفكرية والثقافية التي تضم الأدباء والمفكرين وأساتذة الجامعات والفلاسفة والعلماء وغيرهم، وعادةً ما يُستخدم مصطلح الأكاديمي لوصف القضايا التي تدور في أروقة الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية وتركز بصورة خاصة على الدراسة والتحليل أكثر من المهارات العملية والفنية، وتمثل "النخبة الأكاديمية " الفئة التي تحمل أعلى المؤهلات العلمية. Women are a fundamental element in building societies and strengthening states. Their social role is shaped by a complex interaction between cultural, economic, and political factors. In Qatar, which has witnessed rapid developmental transformations, women have emerged as active partners in achieving Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to build a sustainable economy and a cohesive society. The social role of women, which includes their participation in education, employment, and leadership, directly impacts the quality of decision-making, which is reflected in the state's economic, political, and social strength. For example, the high rates of Qatari women's education and participation in the workforce have contributed to enhancing social stability and economic growth. However, challenges such as gender wage gaps and the male guardianship system remain obstacles that require careful consideration. The academic elite is considered one of the most important influential actors in shaping and directing a state's domestic and foreign policies. It is classified as a type of societal elite in general, and represents an integral part of the scientific, intellectual, and cultural elite, which includes writers, thinkers, university professors, philosophers, scientists, and others. The term "academic" is usually used to describe the issues that take place in the halls of universities and educational institutions, focusing specifically on study and analysis rather than practical and technical skills. The "academic elite" represents the group that holds the highest academic qualifications. | ||
