| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحويل مؤسسات التعليم الفني لمنظمات متعلمة لتنمية واستثمار رأس المال الفكري بها ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي و أسلوب تحليل النظم لرصد واقع راس المال الفكري بمؤسسات التعليم الفني ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها انخفاض مستوى الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري بمؤسسات التعليم الفني بمصر وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق منظمات التعلم كمدخل لتنمية واستثمار رأس المال الفكري بمؤسسات التعليم الفني بمصر . The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for transforming technical education institutions into learning organizations to develop and invest their intellectual capital. The study used the descriptive approach and the systems analysis method to monitor the reality of intellectual capital in technical education institutions. The study reached many results, including a low level of investment in intellectual capital in technical education institutions in Egypt. In light of the results reached by the study, a proposed vision was developed for applying learning organizations as an approach to developing and investing in intellectual capital in technical education institutions in Egypt. | ||
