| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted to investigate the toxic effects of (T2 toxin) on seabream fish fingerlings and to attempt detoxify these drastic effects by using some anti-toxin products, such as (Agresol® and CAP T2®) Products. T2 Mycotoxin was added to fingerlings diet by adose of (1mg/Kg);And measuring the extent to the effect of these toxins on different sizes of seabream between (30 – 32 gm) and (18.9-29.6 gm), which was divided into six groups. measurements were taken weekly at six-time period, starting from the first week to the sixth week. The experimental fish, which were divided into 6 groups, were fed for 6 weeks at a rate of 3% daily. The mycotoxin (T2) diet has adversely affected the growth performance, survival rate, feed and protein utilization, the parameters of blood hematology and biochemistry, liver and kidney function and the histopathological picture of the experimental fish. The most important results obtained from this research, in the groups fed with diets containing mycotoxin (T2 toxin) were significantly affected compared to the first treatment (G1), then this effect was reduced by the addition of anti-mycotoxin (G5 and G6) to fish diets | ||
