| Abstract | ||||
| The elderly group is considered one of the most important social groups in need of support and attention in light of these changes and their repercussions, especially if we realize the consequences and negative effects of such changes on them, as they expose them to health, social, psychological, professional or other problems that have become huge and difficult in the light of contemporary changes. The need for attention to the elderly category is also compounded by the fact that these changes and their repercussions are creating a gap in direct communication between the elderly and those around them. In spite of the great role played by the communication process for the elderly to contribute to its social development, it is through him to make multiple friendships and renewed during his social interaction. The study sought to answer a key question: What are the obstacles to collective communication in achieving quality of life in the elderly? وتعد فئة المسنين من أهم الفئات المجتمعية حاجة الى الدعم والاهتمام في ظل تلک التغيرات وتداعياتها، خاصة إذا ما أدرکنا التوابع والتأثيرات السلبية لمثل هذه التغيرات عليها، حيث تعرضهم لمشکلات صحية واجتماعية ونفسية ومهنية أوغيرها من المشکلات التي باتت تتسم بالضخامة والصعوبة في ظل التغيرات المعاصرة. ويزيد من ضرورة الاهتمام بفئة المسنين أيضا ما أخذت تشکله تلک التغيرات وتداعياتها من وجود فجوة في الاتصال والتواصل المباشر بين المسنين والمحيطين بهم. بالرغم من الدور الکبير الذي تلعبه عملية الاتصال بالنسبة للمسن إلى إسهامها في نموه الاجتماعي فمن خلالها تتکون له الصداقات المتعددة والمتجددة أثناء تفاعله الاجتماعي. وقد سعت الدراسة إلى الاجابة على تساؤل رئيسي هو: ما معوقات الاتصال الجمعي في تحقيق جودة الحياة لدى المسنين؟ | ||||
