| Abstract | ||
| يلقى البحث الحالى الضوء على أهم المداخل النظرية التى تناولت بالتحليل والتفسير رصد ما يرسخ فى عقلية الزوجة من فهم المعلومات الدينيه والثقافية بشأن ذمتها المالية المستقلة داخل الأسرة وما تقوم به من ممارسات واقعية تضمن لها هذه الحقوق أو تحرمها من الحصول عليها.إلى جانب الممارسات الاجتماعية للمحيط الأسرى وأثرها على الذمة المالية للزوجة وإسهام التنشئة الاجتماعية فى إعادة إنتاج التفاعلات الاجتماعية التى تدعم أو ترفض وجود ذمة مالية مستقلة للزوجة،بالإضافة إلى تحليل الأساليب التفاعلية التى يمارسها الزوج تجاه زوجته ومكانتها ومدى قدراتها على اتخاذ القرارات الأسرية معه، من أجل الحفاظ على نموذج الأسرة المستقرة وجدانيا واجتماعيا بفضل التبادل الايجابى بين الزوجين. The current research sheds light on the most important theoretical approaches that dealt with analysis and interpretation, monitoring what is rooted in the wife’s mentality in terms of understanding religious and cultural information regarding her independent financial liability within the family and the realistic practices she undertakes that guarantee her these rights or deprive her of obtaining them. In addition to the social aspect of the family environment and its impact on the financial liability of the wife, the social construct constitutes the reproduction of social interactions that support or reject the existence of an independent financial liability for the wife. In addition to analyzing the interactive methods that the husband practices towards his wife, her status and the extent of her abilities to make family decisions with him, in order to maintain the emotionally and socially stable family model thanks to the positive exchange between the spouses. | ||
