| الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الوظائف البيتية في مادة الرياضيات في الجليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس العربية، والكشف عن علاقتها بمستوى تحصيل الطلبة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث اختيرت عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (341) معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات من مجتمع الدراسة المكوّن من جميع معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية في المدارس العربية في الجليل . أظهرت النتائج أن متوسط التقديرات لمستوى الوظائف البيتية جاء بدرجة كبيرة (3.70)، حيث تصدّر "دور المعلم" المرتبة الأولى، يليه "نوعية وجودة الوظائف" و"التزام الطلبة "، في حين جاءت "كمية الوظائف" في المرتبة الأخيرة. أما بالنسبة لمستوى التحصيل الدراسي، فقد جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية (r = .662**) بين مستوى جودة الوظائف البيتية والتحصيل الدراسي، وكان الالتزام بحل الوظائف أكثر المجالات ارتباطاً بالتحصيل، يليه دور المعلم، ثم النوعية والجودة، وأخيراً كمية الوظائف. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد اوصت الدراسة بأهمية بالاهتمام بتنوع الواجبات البيتية وجودتها ومتابعتها لضمان تحقيق الأثر المطلوب في رفع مستوى التحصيل. Abstract: The present study aimed to examine the level of quality of homework in mathematics in the Galilee from the perspective of teachers in Arab schools, and to explore its relationship with students’ academic achievement. The study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach, with a simple random sample of 341 mathematics teachers selected from the study population, which comprised all middle school mathematics teachers in Arab schools in the Galilee. The results indicated that the average rating of homework quality was high (3.70), with the “teacher’s role” ranking first, followed by “type and quality of homework” and “students’ commitment,” while “quantity of homework” ranked last. Regarding the level of academic achievement, it was also high, and the results revealed a strong positive correlation (r = .662**) between homework quality and academic achievement, with students’ commitment to completing assignments showing the strongest correlation with achievement, followed by the teacher’s role, then type and quality, and lastly quantity of homework. In light of the findings, the study recommended the importance of focusing on the diversity and quality of homework and monitoring it to ensure the desired impact on improving academic achievement. | ||
