| ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى توضيح الإشكاليات التي تتعلق بالمواقع الإلكترونية في الفتوى، وأهمية وجود هذه المواقع، والحث على أهميتها واتبعت فيه المنهج التحليلي، وقسمته إلى مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة. جاءت المقدمة محتوية على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره والمنهج والخطة، وجاء التمهيد في بيان تعريف الفتوي المتعلقة بالمواقع الإلكترونية ومبحثين ثم جاءت الخاتمة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفتوى، الإفتاء، المواقع الإلكترونية، المستفتي. Abstract: The research aims to clarify the issues related to fatwas on electronic websites, highlight the importance of these platforms, and emphasize the need for their presence. The analytical method was adopted, and the study was divided into an introduction, a preface, two main sections, and a conclusion. The introduction includes the significance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the methodology, and the outline of the study. The preface presents the definition of fatwas related to electronic websites, followed by two main sections, and finally, the conclusion summarizes the key findings and recommendations.
