| Abstract | ||
| اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون فيه مقدمة وتمهيدي ومبحثين وخاتمة أما المقدمة فذكرت الباحثة فيها أهمية الموضوع، أسباب اختياره والأهداف المرجو تحقيقها من البحث، منهج البحث، الدراسات السابقة، وأما التمهيدي فقد اشتمل على تعريف الصحة وأهميته، وأما المبحث الأول فذكرت فيه أثر فقه المقاصد الاجتماعية بالعناية بالصحة والمبحث الثاني فذكرت فيه الأوبئة ومنهيجات الحفاظ على الصحة، وأما الخاتمة فقد بينت فبها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت yليها الباحثة، ثم فهرس للمصادر والمراجع. The impact of the jurisprudence of objectives on treating epidemics and the methodology of maintaining health The nature of the research required that it include an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the researcher mentioned the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, and the objectives hoped to be achieved from the research, the research methodology, and previous studies. As for the preface, it included a definition of health and its importance. As for the first chapter, she mentioned the effect of the jurisprudence of social objectives on health care. In the second chapter, she mentioned epidemics and methods of maintaining health. As for the conclusion, she showed the most important results and recommendations that the researcher reached, followed by an index of sources and references. | ||
