| إن القواعد الفقهية المتعلقة بالتيسير لها أثر بالغ في التيسير والتسهيل على الأمة الإسلامية، وبخاصة في الظروف الاضطرارية، ولما كان الأمر كذلك، كان البحث في قاعدة (المشقة تجلب التيسير) بحثًا مهمًا؛ حيث إنّ هذه القاعدة تدل دلالة واضحة على سماحة الشريعة الإسلامية ومرونتها، وتيسيرها الكامل على المكلفين. وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة تتجه إلى بحث هذه القاعدة وتطبيقاتها في كتاب التسهيل لابن جزي الكلمات الافتتاحية القواعد – التيسير – المكلفين- المشقة – تجلب Research summary The jurisprudential rules related to facilitation have a profound impact on facilitating and easing the burden on the Islamic nation, especially in times of emergency. Given this, research into the principle "hardship brings facilitation" is important, as this principle clearly demonstrates the tolerance and flexibility of Islamic law and its complete facilitation of those obligated to perform its duties. Accordingly, this study examines this principle and its applications in Ibn Juzayy's book, "At-Tashil" (The Simplification of the Law).
