| Abstract | ||
| تعد الإعاقة السمعية إحدى المشكلات الهامة التي تواجه المجتمعات، فقد عانت فئة المعاقين سمعياً من الإهمال والاضطهاد وكانوا يعدون كماً مهملاً ليس له قيمة، ولكن في الآونة الأخيرة بدأت هذه الفئة تأخذ حقها من الرعاية والاجتماعية والصحية والنفسية والتأهيلية، بل أصبح الاهتمام بالمعاقين هو أحد معايير تقدم الأمم ورقيها. ويحتاج المعاق سمعياً إلي الدمج الاجتماعي بمختلف أنواعه حتي لا يشعر بأنه شخص منعزلاً عن الأخرين ولتحقيق الدمج الاجتماعي هناك متطلبات متعددة للتخطيط منها متطلبات تخطيطية ومتطلبات معرفية ومتطلبات مهارية و متطلبات قيمية واخري تكنولوجية يجب أن يراعيها المخطط الاجتماعي. Abstract: Hearing impairment is considered one of the major issues faced by societies. This group has long suffered from neglect and marginalization, and was often perceived as unproductive or of little value. However, in recent years, people with hearing disabilities have begun to receive their rightful access to care — whether social, health, psychological, or rehabilitative. The care for people with disabilities has now become one of the standards by which nations measure their progress and development. A hearing-impaired person needs social integration in various forms, so that they do not feel different or isolated from others. achieving social inclusion requires multiple dimensions , including Planning requirements, cognitive, skill-based, value-based, and technological-related requirements that the social worker must consider in the planning social | ||
