| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the level of job satisfaction among employees at King Khalid Hospital in Al-Kharj Governorate, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research population consisted of approximately 1,831 employees, from which the researcher selected a random sample of 312 employees. The researcher distributed a questionnaire comprising axes that measure AI mechanisms (expert systems, neural networks, intelligent agents, and genetic algorithms), in addition to job satisfaction indicators (promotion, salary, working conditions, supervision, and coworkers). The researcher used SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the data. The study found a positive relationship between the use of AI technologies and increased job satisfaction. Expert systems and neural networks were identified as having the most significant impact on improving the work environment and decision-making processes. Furthermore, improvements in salary, promotion opportunities, and working conditions had a clear effect on reducing workload and increasing efficiency. Employee responses varied based on factors such as experience and educational qualifications. The study recommended enhancing the use of AI in the hospital to improve job performance, providing training programs for employees to increase their competence in dealing with modern technologies, and improving the work environment by offering resources that support integration between AI and daily operations. It also called for further research to expand the study to include other healthcare sectors. The study emphasizes that the implementation of AI contributes to enhancing employee job satisfaction, which positively reflects on the quality of healthcare services provided. The hospital can benefit from these findings to improve the work environment and increase productivity. | ||
