| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on achieving sustainable development by applying it to employees of the Ministry of Tourism (in the New Administrative Capital). A stratified random sample of (380) employees of the Ministry of Tourism (in the New Administrative Capital) was selected. A set of statistical methods, such as the correlation coefficient and the regression coefficient, were used to analyze the study data. The study reached several results: the existence of a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of both the digital transformation of human resources and the achievement of sustainable development, and the existence of a significant impact of all dimensions of digital transformation on the dimensions of sustainable development at a significant level of (0.05). | ||
