| Abstract | ||
| حظي هذا القطاع بأولوية في استراتيجية مصر 2030. ولقد اهتمت العديد من الدول وخاصة الصين بالمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وأولت لها اهتماما مكثفا وتسعى مصر من خلال العديد من المبادرات والجهود الاستفادة من تلك التجربة ومن التجارب الدولية المختلفة فى مجال دعم المشروعات الصغيرة وبالنظر الى تجارب الدول التي سبقتنا وتقدمت فى مجال المشروعات الصغيرة فنجد أنها لجأت إلى عدة استراتيجيات للنهوض بالمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والتي من اهمها الاستثمار فى العنصر البشري وتسعى الدراسة الى استعراض التجارب الدولية وخاصة التجربة الصينية فى مجال دعم وتنمية المشروعات الصغيرة. Small enterprises play a vital role in driving economic development, providing job opportunities for young people. This sector has been given priority in Egypt's 2030 Strategy. Many countries, particularly China, have shown great interest in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through numerous initiatives and efforts, Egypt seeks to benefit from this experience and various international experiences in supporting small enterprises. Considering the experiences of countries that preceded us and advanced in the field of small enterprises, we find that they have resorted to several strategies to promote SMEs, the most important of which is investing in the human capital. This study seeks to review international experiences, particularly the Chinese experience in supporting and developing small enterprises. | ||
