| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to reveal the role of administrative performance in improving logistical performance. The study was applied to the Marine Petroleum Services Company.The researchers divided administrative performance into six main dimensions: (communication, planning, digital knowledge, team building, performance efficiency, and performance type). The researchers also divided the logistics performance into five main dimensions, which are: (logistical efficiency, logistics excellence, logistics agility, logistics flexibility, logistics effectiveness). The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The researchers designed a questionnaire that was distributed to a stratified random sample consisting of (377) individuals, and appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data using SPSS.26 and AMOS.26 programs. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of a fundamental impact of administrative performance in its dimensions (communication, planning, digital knowledge, team building, performance efficiency, and performance type) on improving logistics performance in its dimensions (logistical efficiency, logistics excellence, logistics flexibility, and logistics services effectiveness). | ||
