| Abstract | ||
| إنَّ دراسة مسائل علوم القرآن الكريم وخصوصًا المتعلِّق منها بالمسائل التوقيفيّة من عدمها: يحتاج إلى تدبِّر في كثير من الأدلة والاستدلالات العقلية الواردة في مسائلها، أضف إلى ذلك: دراسة تاريخ المسألة وبداية نشأتها وكيفية تطورها وما يحيط بذلك من معاني ومسائل؛ من أجل الوصول إلى أفضل النتائج العلمية في هذه المسائل. وأن دراسة هذه المسائل لابد وأن تخضع للتصوّر من حيث أصل المسألة، ومن ثم البناء على هذا المفهوم ودراسة الأدلة وتقسيمها، والاستدلالات العقلية، وتختم بذكر النتيجة. وأوصي في نهاية البحث بالتوسُّع في الكتابة وإعطاء مزيد من التمعن لمسائل علوم القرآن الكريم من حيث التوقيف والاجتهاد، على أن تُدرس جميع مسائل علوم القرآن بعد إحصائها في فصول مستقلة داخل رسالة علمية أو بحث تكميلي على النحو الآتي: مسائل علوم القرآن المتَّفق على توقيفها، مسائل علوم القرآن المتَّفق على اجتهاديتها، مسائل علوم القرآن المشتركة بين التوقيف والاجتهاد، مسائل علوم القرآن المختلف فيها بين التوقيف والاجتهاد. والله الحقّ أعلم. Studying issues of Qur'anic sciences, especially those related to whether or not they are based on Tawqif, requires careful consideration Many of the rational arguments and evidences contained in these issues are included, in addition to studying the history of the issue, its origins, its development, and the meanings and issues surrounding it, in order to arrive at the best scientific conclusions on these issues. The study of these issues must be subject to conceptualization from the origin of the issue, then build on this concept, study the evidence and its classification, and rational arguments, concluding with a statement of the result. At the end of the research, I recommend expanding the writing and giving more thought to the issues of the sciences of the Holy Qur’an in terms of stopping and ijtihad, so that all the issues of the sciences of the Qur’an are studied after enumerating them in independent chapters within a scientific thesis or supplementary research as follows: the issues of the sciences of the Qur’an that are agreed upon stopping, the issues of the sciences of the Qur’an that are agreed upon ijtihad, the issues of Quranic sciences shared by both tawqif and ijtihad, and issues of Quranic sciences disputed between tawqif and ijtihad. And God knows best. | ||
