| Abstract | ||
| تناول هذا البحث كيف تولت السنة النبوية المطهرة بيان وتنظيم الجانب الاقتصادي في الحياة ، والذي يهم جميع شرائح المجتمع ، حيث اعتبر النبي ﷺ بعثته بدءاً لتطوير المعاملات بين الناس وترقيتها وليست للرضى بواقعها في زمان أو مكان ما ، بل وجعل ﷺ مهمة دينه الحنيف أن يدفع بالحياة عامة ، والحياة الاقتصادية خاصة للمجتمع المسلم إلى التجدد والنمو والرقي ، وأن يدفع بالطاقة البشرية إلى العمل والإنتاج والإنطلاق في كل ما شرع وأباح من سائر الأعمال ، ونصوص السنة النبوية التي تؤصل لقضية النشاط الاقتصادي في المجتمع كثيرة وتحتاج إلى قراءة ولو في كتبها الستة ، ومن يقرؤها من أهل الشرع وعلماء السنة يقرؤها بعين ا المتخصصين، مما يساعد على وضع وسائل وأساليب ومقترحات مبنية على أساس ديني علمي واضح لتنظيم الشؤون الاقتصادية للمجتمع المسلم. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى:بيان مدى شمول السنة النبوية وتشريعاتها لتنظيم الحياة الاقتصادية، وتوضيح كيف ساهمت السنة في بناء مجتمع مسلم اقتصادي عادل ومنتج، وإبراز الضوابط الأخلاقية والشرعية التي أرستها السنة في المعاملات المالية. ومدى فاعليتها. وتحقيقاً لهذا الهدف الأعلى، بدأ النبي ﷺ ينظم المعاملات المالية في جميع حالاتها ، ومن جميع جوانبها، فأقر العديد من القواعد والأحكام ، التي يجب أن يراعيها المتعاملون ، والتي تضبط العلاقة بين الأشخاص والأموال من جانب ، وبين الأشخاص بعضهم مع بعض فيما يتعلق بالتملك، والكسب ، والإنفاق ، وغيرها من الشؤون المالية من جانب آخر ، وأقر – أيضاً – ﷺ العديد من الأخلاق والآداب التي يجب أن تكون شعار المتعاملين من الصدق والأمانة ، والسهولة في البيع والشراء والقضاء والاقتضاء ، وإيفاء الكيل والوزن والقياس ، وتحري الربح الحلال واجتناب الغش والتدليس والترويج بالأكاذيب والأيمان الباطلة ، وبيان المقصود من هذه الأخلاق والآداب وهي أن يتمكن المتعاملون من تبادل الضروريات والحاجيات من غير عسر ولا حرج ولا ضرر ، وأن يجتنبوا ما يوقعهم في العداوة والبغضاء ، وما يؤدي بهم إلى الخصومات والمنازعات. This research addresses how the Prophetic Sunnah clarifies and regulates the economic aspect of life, which concerns all segments of society. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) considered his mission to be the beginning of developing and advancing interactions between people, not merely to be satisfied with the status quo at a given time or place. Rather, he (peace and blessings be upon him) made it the mission of his true religion to promote life in general, and the economic life of Muslim society in particular, toward renewal, growth, and advancement, and to motivate human energy to work, produce, and engage in all the legitimate and permissible activities. The texts of the Prophetic Sunnah that establish the foundations of economic activity in society are numerous and require reading, even if only in its six books. Those who read them, whether scholars of Islamic law or Sunni scholars, will read them with a specialized eye, which will help develop methods, approaches, and proposals based on these principles. Based on a clear religious and scientific foundation, the economic affairs of Muslim society are regulated. This research aims to To achieve this ultimate goal, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began to regulate financial transactions in all their aspects and situations. He established numerous rules and rulings that must be observed by those involved, regulating the relationship between people and their assets on the one hand, and between people with each other regarding ownership, earnings, spending, and other financial matters on the other. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also established numerous morals and etiquettes.
