| Abstract | ||
| من هذا العلم ما يبحر في جسد الإنسان ليصل إلى أصغر خلية خلق منها ، وتسمى بالخلايا الجنسية ، ففتح له ذلك مدارك وآفاق كثيرة ، فسعى جاهدا لمعرفة طرق الاستفادة منها ، سواء كان ذلك بالطرق المشروعة أو غيرها . فقد ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة العديد من التطورات الطبية التي تحتاج من أهل الشرع والفقه الوقوف عليها ومعرفة أدق تفاصيلها حتى يتمكنوا من إطلاق الحكم عليها ، وتبصير الناس بموقف الشرع منها ، حتى يسير الإنسان وهو في مأمن من الوقوع في المحرم. ومن تلك التطورات الطبية التي تربعت في عرشها على العالم تقنية التلقيح الصناعي بكل دقائقه وتفصيلاته ، وقد كان من مخرجات التلقيح الصناعي ما أطلق عليه بمصطلح تجميد النطف ، حيث تقوم فكرتها على الاحتفاظ بالحيوانات المنوية والبييضات في أنابيب مخصصة تحت درجات حرارة منخفضة جدا ؛ ما يجعلها تعيش مدة طويلة من الزمن . ونظرًا حاجة الناس لمثل هذه التطورات في سير حياتهم الاجتماعية والطبية؛ لحل مشكلات العديد من الأسر في قضية العقم مع ما يحتاجونه من الحكم الشرعي فيها . Some branches of knowledge delve into the human body, reaching even the smallest cells, known as germ cells. This has opened up numerous avenues of understanding, prompting diligent efforts to discover ways to utilize them, both through permissible and impermissible means. Recently, several medical advancements have emerged that require scholars of Islamic law and jurisprudence to examine them closely and understand their intricacies in order to issue rulings and clarify the Islamic legal perspective, thus ensuring individuals remain safe from committing forbidden acts. Among these medical advancements that have become prevalent worldwide is artificial insemination, with all its intricacies and details. One of the outcomes of artificial insemination is what is termed sperm freezing. The concept behind this procedure is the preservation of sperm and eggs in specialized tubes at extremely low temperatures, allowing them to survive for extended periods. Given the need for such advancements in people's social and medical lives, and to address the problems many families face regarding infertility, along with the necessary Islamic legal rulings on the matter. | ||
