| Abstract | ||
| ومن المعلوم أن مسائل الفقه كثيرةٌ جدًا ومتنوعة ولا يمكن حصرها ومنها ماهو متشابه في الحكم ومنها في الصورة والحكم، وقد أشار بعض فقهاء الحنابلة في كتبهم إلى ذلك بعبارة لا فرق، فأحببت جمع هذه المسائل تحت عنوان: "المسائل التي قيل فيها لا فرق عند الحنابلة" ، ويكمن أهمية الموضوع في جمع المسائل التي قيل فيها: (لا فرق) عند الحنابلة، مع بيان سبب الإلحاق وعدم التفريق ، ودراسة آراء المذاهب الأربعة فيها، وبيان القول الراجح في تلك المسائل. ويعتني الموضوع بدراسة المسائل التي صرح الحنابلة بعدم التفريق بينها في الحكم ، ولقد اعتمدت في جمعها على: كتاب المغني لابن قدامة، والشرح الكبير لابن أبي عمر، والإنصاف للمرداوي، وكشاف القناع للبهوتي. It is well-known that the issues of jurisprudence are numerous and diverse, and cannot be fully enumerated. Some are similar in ruling, while others are similar in form and ruling. Some Hanbali scholars have referred to this in their books using the phrase "there is no difference." Therefore, I wanted to compile these issues under the title: "Issues in Purification Where the Hanbalis Say There Is No Difference." The importance of this topic lies in compiling the issues in which the Hanbalis say "there is no difference," explaining the reason for this inclusion and the lack of distinction, studying the opinions of the four schools of thought on these issues, and clarifying the most correct opinion. This topic focuses on studying the issues in which the Hanbalis explicitly stated there is no difference in ruling. In compiling this, I relied on: Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah, Al-Sharh Al-Kabir by Ibn Abi Umar, Al-Insaf by Al-Mardawi, and Kashshaf Al-Qina’ by Al-Bahuti | ||
